Established in the year 1979 under the guidance of our founding father, Late Shri Inderkumar G. Bachani, "Neena Enterprises" &"Royal Chemicals (India)" was started with the simpler mission of bringing a measure of professionalism to the chemicals trading industry. Along the way, Shri Inder G. Bachani, who initially was employed in the same industry before starting his entrepreneurial journey, not only achieved high standard high standards in excellence but also set a few ones.

When the baton was passed on to his son, Mr. Rakesh I. Bachani in 1990, there was an additional input of technology and automation which was brought to augment the company's marketing efforts.
